Specify the chair, not just its colour

Our finished-to-order seating gives you a route to bespoke upholstery and frame finishes. Depending on the model and factory approval, discuss your own fabric (COM), contrasting seat and back fabrics, piping, and custom stains. We can review proposed contract fabrics and ask for relevant performance information for the intended setting. Options, minimum quantities and costs are confirmed in the quotation; they are not universal across every chair.

One schedule, several furniture categories

We can quote upholstered dining chairs and bar seating alongside table tops and bases. For each room or zone, give us the model or visual reference, finish, dimensions, quantities and any practical constraints. We can discuss table size and base compatibility before you commit to a layout.

Samples and specification checks

Ask about fabric, finish or product samples for the models under consideration. Availability and any sample charge will be confirmed before dispatch. If the project has a fire performance or other contract requirement, include it in your brief so we can check the proposed upholstery and documentation for that specific product. Do not infer compliance from a fabric name or an image.

Project pricing and lead times

Send us a schedule, spreadsheet or annotated plan for a quantity quote. Include the delivery postcode, access constraints and phased delivery needs. Stock and finished-to-order lead times differ; we will confirm availability, manufacturing estimate, delivery terms and any model-specific minimum order before you place an order. Allow time for samples and approvals in the programme.

Can I supply my own fabric?

COM may be possible on selected finished-to-order models, subject to factory review of suitability, quantity and requirements. Send the fabric specification and chair model for confirmation.

Can finishes and upholstery be mixed?

Selected models can be discussed with contrasting upholstery and frame finishes. We will confirm feasible combinations and prices for the exact chair.

Do you quote from furniture schedules?

Yes. Send the schedule or spreadsheet with quantities, finishes, dimensions, delivery postcode and target date. We can quote relevant chairs, tops and bases together.

Are samples available?

Ask us about samples for shortlisted models and finishes. We will confirm availability and any charges before dispatch.
